     Attorney Jessica A. Levy

Jessica Levy is a Collaborative Attorney (CA) who is licensed to practice law in the     
state of Massachusetts.  Jessica enjoys working within the Collaborative Law field, and
believes when disputes are handled in a civil and respectful manner, it is often a more
cost-effective process that results in better solutions and agreements for all involved.  

Attorney Levy has also received Accreditation from the Department of Veterans
Affairs (VA), and is proud to assist veterans with their VA Benefits Appeals after the
veteran has been denied benefits.  Additionally, Attorney Levy may be able to provide
assistance if you are a veteran who has received a "dishonorable" or "other than
honorable" discharge, and who wants to challenge this dishonorable discharge
characterization in order to apply for benefits through the VA.

housing or employment environment as a result of your disability, you may have a

Attorney Levy earned her J.D. from the Western New England College School of
Law, and her B.A. in History from Mount Holyoke College.  Jessica was an FP
(Frances Perkins Scholar) while a student at MHC.  Ms. Levy is honored to be part of
a military family who has proudly served in the Navy, Army, Marines and Air Force
during peace and wartime.

Jessica A. Levy is a Certified Mediator, a Collaboratively-Trained Attorney, a VA-
Accredited Attorney, and she is certified to provide Limited Assistance Representation
(L.A.R.) services.  

In addition to building a solo practice, Ms. Levy gives back to veterans and her
community by volunteering her time providing pro bono services to individuals via
local bar advocate, and lawyer for the day programs.
